Not only is conditioning and physical fitness fundamental to sports performance it is also an essential element of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Our conditioning classes are 45 minutes to 1 hour of Martial Arts based fitness programs incorporating varying circuits and systems used by modern Mixed Martial Arts athletes. Our classes are strictly exercise based sessions that will help develop all areas of physical fitness. They are designed to allow you to work at your chosen intensity to reach your fitness goals. While the classes include a wide range of conditioning techniques the sessions themselves are purely exercise based. They involve no knowledge of combat or any participation in contact. They are just about getting in shape!
